Observation

0221(1)(a) observed a young preschooler struggling to change his own diaper inside the bathroom stall which space is limited and floor was not cleaned/disinfected 0221(4)(a) the diaper disposal container in the hallway bathroom was not hands-free on the day of inspection and observed staff had to open lid while holding the dirty diaper. In toddler room the diaper disposal container was not used for disposing soiled diapers only.
